Arif Serkan Yagcioglu

Arif Serkan Yagcioglu was elected to a position of the Chairman of the APRAD Board of Directors in the end of November 2014.

Serkan started working in pharmaceutical business since 1999 and occupied different positions in R&D Companies such as J&J, Lundbeck and Sandoz. Serkan has graduated from Bosphorus University in 1998 and has a MS on Chemical Engineering. In addition he received MBA, Master in Business Administration at Bilgi University in Istanbul in 2004. Serkan joined GlaxoSmithKline in November 2007 at the position of Government and Regulatory Affairs Director and in 2012 Serkan got a position of Area Vaccines Director of Middle East Africa. Starting from March 2014 Serkan was appointed as an Area General Manager of GSK Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Armenia.



Sergiy Kalashnyk

Sergiy Kalashnyk was the Chairman of the APRaD Board of Directors from May till November 2014.

Sergiy Kalashnyk has been working in pharm industry since 1982. Mr Kalashnyk occupied different positions in R&D Companies such as MSD, Aventis, Eli Lilly, ranging from Medical Representative to Country Manager. He has extensive experience in cooperation with organizations like AmCham Pharma Committee and US-Ukraine Business Council with purpose of implementation and development European standards in pharmaceutical industry legislation. Mr Kalashnyk was one of the initiators of APRaD’s creation in Ukraine. Currently Sergiy Kalashnyk holds the position of Eli Lilly Country Manager with area of responsibility covering Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.


 Vitaliy Gordienko

In 2012 Vitaliy Gordienko was the Chairman of the APRaD Board of Directors.

Vitaliy Gordienko has successful experience in managing sales and marketing teams in foreign pharmaceutical companies. He has a wide business relationship in the pharmaceutical markets of Ukraine and Moldova. Vitaliy Gordienko is well qualified in marketing, sales, conducting negotiations and managing different organizations, teams and projects. Since the 1st of October 2013 he occupies the position of Country Manager in AbbVie Biopharmaceuticals GmbH Ukraine. In 2014 Vitaliy was elected as the CoChair of the HCC Committee of the AmCham of Ukraine. Embracing this role Vitaliy keeps the leadership and makes valuable input into the legislative initiatives in the Healthcare sphere of Ukraine.


 Irina Panarina

Irina Panarina became member of APRAD Board of Directors since May 2014. 

Irina Panarina has been AstraZeneca Country President in Ukraine since 2012. Irina joined AstraZeneca Ukraine as a Marketing Manager in 2009. Prior to   AstraZeneca, Irina was Business development manager, Head of Regional Commercial Excellence, Head of Regional Market Access in GSK Pharma in London in 2005-2009. Irina’s education qualifications are INSEAD MBA and Newcastle University & South Bank University BA (Hons). 




Oguz Mehmet Akandil

Oguz Mehmet Akandil was elected to the APRAD Board of Directors in the end of November 2014.

Oguz began his professional career at Pfizer Turkey Finance Division in March 1999. Oguz received B.A. and MBA degrees from Bosphorus University, Istanbul and is a Turkish Certified Public Accountant (Turkish CPA). He has held roles of increasing responsibility in Accounting, Business Finance, Treasury and Audit departments till end of 2006. In January 2007, he was transferred to the Marketing Division, and assumed different roles in Sales & Marketing starting from Sales Representative to Product Management and became Business Development Manager. Oguz was appointed as Pfizer Animal Health Division Director for Turkey and Israel in January 2009 .Prior to his appointment as Ukraine Country Manager & GIP Lead, Oguz held the position of Finance Director, since July 2011, with responsibility over Israel, Caucuses & Central Asia Region, also covering such functions as Trade Relations and Pricing.
