Sergiy Kalashnyk was elected the Chairman of the APRaD Board in May 2014.
Sergiy Kalashnyk has been working in pharm industry since 1982. Mr Kalashnyk occupied different positions in R&D Companies such as MSD, Aventis, Eli Lilly, ranging from Medical Representative to Country Manager. He has extensive experience in cooperation with organizations like AmCham Pharma Committee and US-Ukraine Business Council with purpose of implementation and development European standards in pharmaceutical industry legislation. Mr Kalashnyk was one of the initiators of APRaD’s creation in Ukraine. Currently Sergiy Kalashnyk holds the position of Eli Lilly Country Manager with area of responsibility covering Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
Dejan Nesic now is a General Manager for an affiliate of F. Hoffmann-La Roche in Ukraine (Roche Ukraine LLC). Dejan has started his pharmaceutical career at Roche in Serbia, Belgrade from the position of medical representative. After that during 2004 – 2009 he had successful experience in product promotion, marketing, sales in Roche Serbia. From 2009 he occupied the position of Country Manager at Roche Montenegro representative office. Among Dejan’s strong professional skills are marketing planning, negotiation skills, sales management and people management. Since 2005 Dejan Nesic is a certified trainer for selling skills.In 2013 Dejan Nesic has been elected as a Member of APRaD Board of Directors.
In 2012 Mr Gordienko was the Chairman of the APRaD Board. Vitaliy Gordienko has successful experience in managing sales and marketing teams in foreign pharmaceutical companies. He has a wide business relationship in the pharmaceutical markets of Ukraine and Moldova. Mr Gordienko is well qualified in marketing, sales, conducting negotiations and managing different organizations, teams and projects. Since the 1st of October 2013 he occupies the position of Country Manager in AbbVie Biopharmaceuticals GmbH Ukraine.
Viktor Shafranskyi holds the position of the General Manager of the Representative Office of Novartis Pharma Services AG in Ukraine since 1st of March 2012. Mr Shafransky joins Novartis after Ipsen Pharma where he occupied the post of General Manager for the Representative Office in Ukraine and Moldova. For about 8 years Viktor Shafranskyi has been implementing important initiatives which led to significant development of business in Ukraine and Moldova. Before joining Ipsen Pharma Mr Shafransky held number of positions in the Representative Office of Pfizer in Ukraine, including BU Head position for the Hospital Division. Viktor Shafranskyi graduated from Medical University in Ternopil, Ukraine in 1992 and continued his education by achieving a PhD in Medicine as well as a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Irina Panarina - director for AstraZeneca, was elected to APRAD BoD in May 2014.
